Online 90 Day Report Is Not Working

Featured Replies

Hi everybody,  today I tried to fix the 90-day visa online, it didn't work and I called the Immigration office and they said it's not working anymore , I have to visit the Immigration. They did not tell me that we are sorry we are trying to fix it, something like that.  But they said , if I do not visit the immigration before 31st of August , I have to pay 2000 THB.

HAVE YOU HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT THE ONLINE VISA POSSIBILITY,  ARE THEY GOING TO FIX IT ?  The server for online must be in Bangkok and what I know ( if it is blocked ), it takes only 1 day to fix it. I told them I am ill and the distance to Immigration is 100 km. But nothing helps, I have to pay 2000 THB  anyway. This Corona times is not good for everybody to travel but they want you to travel and pay more money. Hope the best.

ALL CAPS removed from topic title.

The only thing wrong with the 90 day online reporting site I am aware of is that their security certificate is expired.

Not hard get around the problem by doing a few clicks.

This is what I get on Chrome. First click advanced and then proceed to....

There are reasons why you shouldn't do that.

The certificate expired 5 days ago.

This is really a problem that 1) shouldn't occur and 2) can be solved within 5 minutes.

It is a person's choice.

It is not the first time they have let it expire.

Tell immigration how to do it.

Have just had my 90 day report “approved” within 20Mins of completing it online!
It did however take me many attempts to get onto the website until I remembered I was trying to connect through my permanently on VPN.  Got connected at the first attempt after disabling it and doing what was outlined by “ubonjou” above.  I used Microsoft Edge (new version) and the latest version (2004) of win10.

Title should be amended to online 90 day reporting is not working for ME

Did mine online 3 days ago, no problems.

Mine took an hour and a half this morning. I overrode the certificate issue.

Whoever told you it wasn't working was incorrect I went on at 10:30 and filled it out finished it at 10:35. I then received an email at 3:30 telling me it was approved and to print out the new certificate and put in my passport.

They have a new certificate dated the 24th.

Did mine earlier in the week after ignoring certificate warnings. Instant approval as usual.

Does the approval sometimes take days? I did 2 online reports yesterday (to CW) within minutes of each other. One was approved within 1 1/2 hours, the other is pending.

Did same 2 reports online 90 days ago, both approved about the same time, so it's frustrating that their doesn't seem to be consistency in the approval process timing.

Don't know how long I should wait before sending a mail-in. It's due 9 September.

The inconsistency is so frustrating.

Rang 1111 today and gave details of the pending 90 day report. The IMM person told the that it was pending....duh. It can take up to 2 weeks to be processed, depending on the queue at the IO's computer.

/there

Second online now approved, (3 days), versus 1 1/2 hours for the one lodged several minutes before. Not sure how they queue or process????
