Need a Electrican or anybody that knows how to install a Power Consumption measuring Device in one Room In a 3 Room Condo. That Room has already a separate Breaker Box. 

Anybody out there?

Unfortunately our OP has a Schneider (Square-D) plug-in distribution board so DIN stuff will need a separate box.

 

This is of course why we discourage cross-posting between forums.

 

Let's stick to his request to find a competent sparks locally.
