What are the requirements for applying a WP3 for a university teacher? I've been calling the Department of Employment but the lines are always busy. I've checked http://www.geocities.com/workpermit_go_thai/listdocument.html but it's not clearly indicated there if the Letter of Employment Form and the Form for Certifying Educational Qualification are requirements to apply for a WP 3.
