My wife doesn't believe that there is such a thing as a 60 extension to stay based on marriage and I am failing to find any reputable sources in Thai, anyone able to help out? Also, should we head to Chaengwattana or the new Muang Thong Thani building? Thanks!

@ubonjoe, just glancing through the Visa Extension guidelines, I didn't see the category to extend a Non-O multi by 60 days for married to Thai. The one you noted was to extend a tourist visa. Have I been wrong all this time and cannot extend my permission to stay by 60 days? Or is number 24 the one meant to cover that? TQ

Number 24 is for all categories of entries and extensions to get a 60 day extension.

It certainly not only for tourist visas.

It is same TM7 form used for all extensions of stay.
