Tee times generally 11.00ish other than courses where a cheaper price is to be had for a later tee time.....

 

Non competitive unless agreed between individuals so no competition fees.

keep the news coming and any tournaments planned.

As long as you let the organiser know in advance it shouldn't be an issue. If there are 2 or more of you though I am surprised you don't just book your own tee times?

 

Retox do not have an organised competition of any sort.

Problem with that is the bar makes no money to compensate for arranging the tee times so not sure they would be happy for you to piggyback on their tee times . As far as I know they make a few baht on arranging transport so you really should use their transport which also means you are more likely to buy a beer or two at the bar on your return.
