we use to take mobile phones in pawn, in our mobile shop, i would need some pawn agreement in thai, but most laywwes ask 10k+..

Yes, take a mobile phone to another pawn shop and 'pawn it' for a while, make a copy of the contract.

 

You then have a template to rip off.

You can buy forms from a local stationery shop in your local town ,we used to do this when we rented some

land .

We use to put a 10 baht stamp from  local Amphur ,(not the post office) on to make it legal, but I think that would not be necessary in your case.  

You would need a ใบจํานํา in Thai.
