rickbb Posted April 27, 2007 Posted April 27, 2007 Anyone have two passports and entered Thailand with one passport and then 3 months later entered again with a second passport? I have a UK and a Canadian passport. I arrived in Bangkok in Feb this year with my Canadian passport, got the 30 day visitors visa at immigration and left Thailand 21 days later. I am returning to Thailand next week for a 28 day stay. My Canadian passport expires in Oct 2007, (i.e. less than 6 months to expiration) so I cannot use that on this visit. The backlog on renewing passports in Canada is now 10 weeks!! I am planning to use my British passport on arriving in Bangkok, which is valid till 2011. Anyone aware of any potential complications here. I remember the landing card asks if you have visited Thailand before, but I don't remember if it asks the date of the last visit. Is the immigration officer going to look for the previous visitors visa and exit stamp? Do I bring both passports or leave the Canadian passport at home? Traveling to other countries with multiple passports is not usually a problem. I am hoping the same applies in Thailand. Anyone have experience of this situation? Rick

Rick Should notbe a problem as long as you are within the 90 days / 180 days I would bring both passports with me
