AIS fiber - LOS red light on router - a few hours per day

Call the help centre anyway and tell them it's intermittent (number should be on the bill, don't bother with the shops), they (or the techies who investigate) should be able to pull up the logs of when the service was down.

 

Once you have a techie come out and look get his phone number and make sure he and his assistant (there's always a sidekick) have "something for lunch" (100 each works well). You will then have your own private help line ????

 

We are not AiS but Madam has the TOT man on speed-dial, it's amazing how fast things get sorted even if he doesn't have to visit ????
