September 14, 20205 yr There are some special flights, but only a few categories of people can come to thailand now. For example, Thais, foreigners married to thais or have thai children, or foreigners with work permits in thailand. There are a few other categories allowed. Even those people have to get pre-approval to travel and then do a 2 week quarantine on arrival. Tourists are definitely not allowed.
