Covid letter - need to get non B from expired tourist visa

Featured Replies

Uk embassy finally gave me a covid extension letter today I was on a tourist 60 - extended already - this is my second covid letter now

normally you have to get the non B outside of Thailand and then enter the country to get the Non B ( this is for a BOI company ) so there are far less loop holes -

without going into to much detail what the letter says it says the uk embassy would be grateful if the Thailand immigrsrion would consider facilitating my application to get a non B visa -

it’s been made perfectly clear to me PRIOR to getting this letter I have to fly out and re enter and quarentine if I want the Non B - agencies can’t help.

i am wondering if anyone else has had any success going from a expired tourist visa to a Non B IN HOUSE without leaving AND using a covid letter ??

or will they just give me the regular 30 days as tourist or a 30 days Non immigrant ? ( yes it should be 90 but they aren’t gonna do that I guess )

I have a writtten contract from my employer that I can take to changwattana - but normally Chang wattana do not deal with BOI companies it all has to go through the chamchuri square immigration.

thoughts?

You could try at Chaeng Wattana immigration is all I can suggest.

Not sure why the one stop center at Chamchuri square is so difficult
