Daily News reported that tropical storm Noul hit three Thai provinces particularly hard with flooding and damage to houses and property. 

 

The provinces were Chaiyaphum in the north east, Trat in the East and Ranong in the south.

In Trat residents had to move possessions high up and animals were moved to higher ground after 40-50 cm flooding from a reservoir overflow.

 

In Ranong five villages along the Thai-Myanmar border were badly affected.

In Chaiyaphum the sub-district of Huat Ton and Talat Raeng saw several villages badly flooded.
