I made a booking over this past weekend for K counter, but then I never got an email confirmation, just the confirmation page.  I thought maybe the server was delayed and I would get an email eventually, but no good.  Anyone else got the same issue?
I keep trying to book now, and I get a confirmation page, but never get an email. It just shows this:

 

Did you look at your junk/spam folder? 2 of us, booked 2 times and got email confirmation every time.

Also you can look up your appointment in the system from the same page with your passport number. You can always show the appointment on your phone if you are on the system. 

I got mine instantly. Don't know if that page will be enough since I read elsewhere in Report from BKK temp center that they not only want a print out of that e-mail but they also want to see the e-mail on one's smart phone. I just got through downloading outlook and went to print shop to get a copy made of the e-mail.

I didn't get a text either. Only an e-mail. The appointment from website is missing the immigration Booking number

you can check it on the previous page, there is a button to check appointment, it only requires your passport number. It will show your booking ref.

BTW unrelated but few days ago made appointment for annual extension at CW.

The confirmation email was sent to my spam folder.
