maisodni Posted September 26, 2020 Share Posted September 26, 2020 For my PR application, I had to obtain a Criminal Clearance Certificate from my home country, and in order to get that from my home country, I had to submit an ink-based fingerprint form, from a "qualified" finger print specialist. I ended up going to the Phrakhanong Police Station, and they gave me what I needed within one hour.
