I find the organisations self tasked to love and promote Pattaya give poor service. Last month the the chess competition at Central Festival was not advertised nor was the Ganesh Festival nor was the violin princess. Futures events being ignored include The Dolphin Run from Yim Yom Beach, The classic car show, the bikin run, Loy Kratong, the fireworks Festival,  the rotary run, The walk eat event and many others. I presume the self proclaimed Pattaya promoters don't get paid to promote such events and in some cases would require them leaving their air conditioned offices.  But tedious food offers from 5 star hotels are promoted as if they were news...
