Krungsri Bank

Featured Replies

I have an account with Krungsri bank and without any communication to me they have stopped internet banking for anyone who doesn't have a sole account.

This means that when I am in UK i cannot pay any bills in Thailand as I have a shared account with my wife. They suggest I go to an ATM to withdraw funds and they dont understand I am in England and currently unable to return to Thailand.

Does anyone have an email address for the krungsri CEO ??

Have you tried telephone banking first?

Sounds fishy, they've stopped Internet banking if you have a joint account, very fishy Indeed, maybe they allow it for one of the two only I. e. your wife

maybe your wife took you off? ????

This happened to me about a month ago. Krungsri joint account with my wife. I can no longer do online transfers. I get a message telling me to contact my branch. ATM card still works and it's not my primary account anymore so not really a big deal for me. This account was set up 8 or 9 years ago. I assume the passports that we used to set up the account have expired. I think I have had 2 new passports since I set up that account. From past experience my wife and I both need to go to our branch at the same time to change, modify, or update this account. Not an easy task as we no longer live near our old branch.

This isn't much help, but your not alone.
