So what airlines do you recommend to get into the place are so we book a steam liner? Can I get in trouble for these questions?????

Don Chance
I'll bet there is a massive interest from Europe, USA and Canada. People want to get out of their mismanaged nightmares, walk around without a mask and live a normal life again. Then again this could go all wrong. There could be a first wave in Thailand leading to massive shut downs. Leaving farangs stuck in their guesthouses all day, without restaurants to serve them. Popular Post Expat Tom
There will soon be long lines at international airports for flights to Thailand. Surely the airlines will have to put on many extra flights. This could rejuvenate the entire international airlines industry. 1

Just as an example, one of them plays 8 rounds of golf every month, and eats out almost every day,but that money in now being spent in Oz instead of Pattaya,so it gives you a good idea of where u guys are on the food chain in the Brains trust department in Bangkok.

Anyone who can show ties to Thailand should be allowed in. The idea that some are more welcome than others is preposterous. The idea that I could return here because I am married and live here, but a retiree who has an apartment and a long term girlfriend here can’t is utterly moronic. I’m struggling to comprehend who Thailand thinks they are protecting with these ridiculous policies.

Popular Post Blumpie
Have fun getting your testing before coming, plane tickets that may get cancelled, arrival, quarantine in a very expensive hotel with cheap thai food costing 8X the price. Listening to booming music outside your door because it's "amazing thailand" for 14 days. Going to closed deserted tourist attractions, hard to find food, the usual rip=offs, finding a way back to the airport in hopes that your flight hasn't been cancelled. Get another COVID test maybe because of your own countries restrictions, and see if your plane will actually fly. Then enjoy another 14 day quarantine when you get home. Cost at least 10k USD. NO THANK YOU!

Popular Post spidermike007
Dumb and dumber. The nation may attract a few thousand tourists a year, with these draconian requirements. Ease up. Lower the hurdles. Help your people. Consider the non millionaires, amongst you for a change. As I have said before, Thailand needs courageous leadership. They don't have it. The army are major cowards. Thailand is NOT the center of rhe universe. It is not the most desirable nation on earth. Thailand has some real issues, that are not being dealt with. Deal with that. Deal with reality. ANY person from ANY nation should be welcome starting tomorrow, if they are willing to subject themselves to a 14 day quarantine and pay excessive fees for that two week sentence. There is no downside or risk, and only upside for the nation. No groveling from a local consulate should be required. And no insurance. That is utter nonsense. A covid free letter and a booking at an approved hotel. Period.
