Obtaining a replacement high school diploma

Has anybody had difficulty obtaining a replacement Thai high school diploma? If so can you let me know what you did to get one. It’s needed for a US Visa.

 

My girlfriend is saying it’s very difficult or impossible if it’s too long ago (13 years).

My wife wanted a copy of her degree from her Uni in Bangkok, which was awarded ten years ago, she went to the Administration office, paid a couple of hundred Baht and collected a copy a few days later.

Daughter went to her old school in Sricha.They had everything on the computer.

Black and white printout issued immediately.

A colour one was promised to be sent by post, but it never arrived.

She finished high school four years ago.

it's also very difficult or impossible if it was never earned.
