New Non-immigrant Type O Possible?

Featured Replies

Hi folks, I returned to the UK recently with 5 months still left on my last type O.

I turns out I will be going back to Thailand in a months time, but I do not wish to go with only 4 months left on my visa.

Is it possible to get the old type O canceled and a new type O issued whilst I am here in the UK?

Thanks in advance.

If you left Thailand without a re-entry stamp in your passport then the old visa is automatically cancelled.

If it's a Non Imm O multi entry it is valid for further entries until the expiry date

I suggest you call a Thai consulate in the UK and ask

Yep it's a multi entry, I emailed the consulate 2 days ago, havn't heard anything yet, I'll call them tomorrow. Thanks.

Just get a new visa. Give them GBP90 and they'll give you a visa.

I called Hull today and they confirmed that it is possible. Just send then the £90 and you get a fresh visa, the old one becomes void.

Thanks for the help folks.
