ONCB vows to prevent and suppress narcotic dealers

Deputy Secretary to the Office of the Narcotics Control Board (ONCB) Chatchai Suttiglom (ชาติชาย สุทธิกลม) vows to suppress the scale of narcotics circulating in the country and hope to bring drug addicts to the rehabilitation programs.

As for measures to prevent and suppress drug trafficking in communities, Mr. Chatchai informs that ONCB has implemented narcotic suppression in a continuous manner by cooperating with public’s network. A joint meeting between ONCB authorities and policemen will be arranged to evaluate all performances and seek measures to cope with narcotic dealers.

Mr. Chatchai, however, believes the authorities’ performance on dealing with the narcotics will improve within these four months.
