Thank you, but at this price I am sure that the plastic won't be thick enough. Maybe a local shop doing what shops use to protect from the rain could help, but where to find them ?

All the shop blind places will do clear and  with grommets if required.

 

If you see a local shop with a well made blind look for the makers telephone number usually stencilled on the blind.
