Hi all,

 

Sorry I know this has been asked before but I just want to check again. My 90 days (NON-O Marriage visa) is up on November 28th. Can I apply for my 60 day extension now or must I wait until the final week of the 90 days?

You can do it about 2 weeks early at most offices. Some may do it earlier.
