Would it be a big issue if i had a 5day to 7 day overstay before applying for a 60 extension? I have never had a overstay before. I need a new passport and It probably wont get back until the end of the month

What is the reason you need a new passport?

Do you still have your old passport in hand?

If you have your old passport you may be able to apply for the extension.
