December 20, 20205 yr Author A very reluctant notice, but the CK Music Fest scheduled for 30 January 2021 is postponed for 3 months. The organizers are deeply sorry for delay. ... The current threat of Covid-19 has created an air of uncertainty about official permits being cancelled, with the subsequent withdrawal of funding, such that they cannot guarantee a successful event. Very reluctantly then, the event has been rescheduled to Saturday 24th April 2021. They apologize deeply for the inconveniences this will cause. Full refunds on tickets & shirts purchased in advance will be given. Hotel bookings can be transferred to the new date, or refunded by contacting the hotel concerned. They believe that the coast will be clear by Saturday 24th April & the event can go ahead without any issues. For the event on 24th April the format will change slightly. The same bands, plus a few more. It will feature multiple small stages along the new river foreshore, with the main stage at the Tha Pha Tan Pier. As such it will not be a straight concert, but more a delightful riverside music festival. Also no registration or entry fee will be required for the postponed event, so it will be a win win. The local CK organizing team thank everyone for their understanding & apologize for the postponement, but believe this is the best solution due to the current uncertain situation.
