i am applying  TR visa from LA thai embassy.   do I need to have both air ticket and ASQ confirmation ?   I provided air ticket  but I got an email asking 

 

  • A: air ticket with proof of payment
  • B: confirmation of Alternative State Quarantine

 

Looking for similar experience from others. 

Yes. Be sure you choose yes on the question do you have asq and flight ticket (it is on the first page of the application I Think)  you will find new pages to upload the asq and flight ticket. I just spent 3 days working it out.  Finally got through to a nice woman at The consul who walked me through it.  Good Iuck
