Local idiot in a pickup will still be driving 100kmh in a 60 zone scrolling through his facebook feed, as a truck driver pulls onto the highway without looking first. -

Electric Vehicles in Thailand
Good info... That makes a lot more sense.... I'm basing my information of limited info of personal visits... For example: Blue Port in Hua Hin - I just checked and saw that it has 2x CCS2 and 1x Type 2 chargers... I'm assuming the Type 2 charger was occupied when I was there, which I why I didn't see it and only noted the CCS2 chargers... Also, I saw Tesla chargers (which I assumed were slower AC type chargers) on the 2nd floor of the car park, and outside there were 3x Tesla Super Chargers (clearly Tesla going all-in on charger support at this mall). -

I didn't say a single word that the driver was at fault. Only an indication of the possible nationality was given. Incidentally, the Russians actually have a very high accident statistics, although not as significantly high as the Thai one with more than 20,000 traffic fatalities per year. -

That's the plan to have it covered. Still also playing with the idea to partly fill it with sand and have flowers in it. Guess there were other issues. I run my pumps for 7 hours a day, have 800m² of lawn that get automatically irrigated daily, a deep well with 1Hp pump, and of course fans that run all day and an aircon that runs at night. My total bill is rarely over 3K -

Further, when I stated " I have the luxury of this 'wait and see' approach as prior to 1-Jan-2024, I brought enough money into Thailand to pay for my living here for a few years. " I should have noted that the money brought in was savings, that I could prove I have had for more than a decade, and NOT money remitted in the year of earnings. Regardless, I suspect others also made that careful distinction where in the end-2023 'rush' they brought into Thailand savings from previous years - and not year 2023 income - although I suspect given P.162 it makes no difference.
