My Non-B visa expires in one month and cannot keep the contract.

Is there anyway to switch to tourist visa or extend the status of residence ?

You cannot change to tourist visa without leaving the country.

If available you could possibley apply for a 60 day extension.

Or from a non-B you can get a 12-month non-O extension in country, costly, grey, but fairly easy through an agent.
