RocketDog
The doctor at the state hospital in Pranburi told me he couldn't allow THC oil for my back pain but gave me tramadol and offered to prescribe morphine. I told him that was ridiculous and left. Don't bother going to cannabis clinics at state hospitals. Go to private clinics or hospitals. 1

So if you are about to die in Khon Kaen (some would suggest living there is likely the cause) you can get pain relief, but probably not until after you shuffle off the mortal coil! moontang
seems like stuff in nevada was between 10 and 25% for smoking. Any idea how this would stack up to one or two bonghits of that?

The private hospital in the OP operates in the same way according to the link... “The doctor will first try alternative medical treatment, but if that fails only then will the doctor recommend medical marijuana medicine,”
