I recall that after the middle of Pattaya Klang was dug up at the top end, it wasn't long before the conduits saw the light of day again in order to rectify another unrelated problem. I'm convinced there is some connivance between the utility companies. They make sure that there is no possibility of two or more companies co-ordinating their time schedules so that the road only needs to be dug up once to do two jobs - they just take turns. The best example I've seen of cable overloading (so far) is at the junction of South Pattaya Road and Sukhumvit. johng Posted December 4, 2020 Share Posted December 4, 2020 I think that road pictured above is actually a private road and that's the reason it's such a potholed mess maybe also the reason for the Iconic ( world class ) leaning telegraph pole of Pattaya tourist attraction being there for so many years already ????
