Midwest Safety is another good channel for police body cam videos. Here's a seriously intended question for BMs from Europe: Do the police in Finland, Italy or the Netherlands- or any other European country for that matter- every have to deal with drunks like this? What are the chances a female in a European city would be carrying a handgun in her pocket? Do any of you believe the police in the vid could have handled the situation in a better manner? Here's an example of how they deal with an argumentative but non-violent guy from Serbia. What is the major difference between these two videos? -

That's your opinion. You are correct in saying Dutton lost for the reasons you outlined. IMO when he paraded his son as an example of the housing crisis, his hypocrisy in making $30 million from the property market was obvious to anyone with a couple of brain cells. Australians believe in fairness, it's part of the national psyche. Trump's actions in hitting Australia with tariffs, when the US has a positive trade balance, flouted that principle. Labor was floundering in the polls until the tariffs arrived. No doubt it outraged many voters, and Dutton was trying to paint himself as Trump-lite. Perhaps you don't know how to connect the dots. Just out of interest, what strong new economic and financial policies do you advocate? -

Which brings up the question: What do boys learn from attending scout activities? I recall a brit guy who had 2 boys attending primary at an international school in Chiang Mai. On the days for scout activities the 2 boys had to wear full scout uniform (checked thoroughly for compliance) and for several hours sit on the grass in rows and talk to each other and allowed to surf the internet / use social media. One teacher was on hand to ensure the boys remained seated in rows and weren't too noisy, there was no lesson. -

I know you are a troll who likes to hijack threads with depressing regularity, to twist the discussion to fit with your own narrow view of the world. VE Day means a lot of things. Literally, it marks the surrender of the German Armed Forces. Antisemitism didn't start with WW2 and didn't end with WW2. Its a prejudice long engrained in European and xerox European societies. Its not the preserve of the Right or the Left. Before WW2, the British Labour Party was known as the Zionist Party, and this position was cemented by Nye Bevin and Michael Foot, but you probably don't know who they were nor care. They were socialist. I tell you who else was a socialist; the first Prime Minister of Israel, David Ben Gurion. So was Golda Meir, Yitzhak Rabin, Shimon Peres, Ehud Barak. So don't you dare suggest that socialism is incompatible with being a Jew or a Zionist. To suggest so marks you as an anti-semite.- 1
