I've just completed all the sections of the online application for the tourist visa and uploaded all the required documents. I thought the application was complete, but then I saw there is a Submit button and when you click it gives you the option to submit by post or in person.

 

So it seems we have to submit the application by post as well as online? I was just a bit confused as I thought it was all online, so I wasn't sure if the postal thing was just an additional option for people who don't want to do it online?

After completing the application you have to send your passport and etc by mail of do it in person.

Most embassie are not doing in person visa issuance now. They only doing it by post.
