So....no one will 'tolerate' corruption on 9 December....but on 10 December we're back to normal.

The “Zero Tolerance” crowd didn't even want to go one day without.

the one day of the year you don't have to pay tea money ?

Ha, Ha, Ha, made my day, never gonna happen, they say anything to please other Countries,....

it  isn't a hoax just thai humor

'observe IA-C Day' ..what about the other 364 days??

The system isn't corrupt; corruption is the system. (And I didn't invent that.)

I had someone round earlier knocking on my door asking me if I wanted to make a donation so I could observe today. I'm sure it was genuine as they had a hat on with 'NO TIPPING' written on it.

This is an Onion headline right?

Hahahahahahaha

"observes" meaning to view from afar with no intention of participating in such nonsense.

What can one even say? As ex-pats we are aware enough, read enough, have been around the block, and have a sense of the folly in something like this. What about the average Somchai, here? What percent actually believe that the army administration is sincere about reducing, much less eradicating corruption here? 2%? 5%? It is likely not much more than that.

Oh Da3mm,  I think I might have pee'd myself.  ????????

"The money was just resting in my account".
