Banana7
Can anyone recommend a trustworthy, reliable used car dealer in Bangkok selling one or 2 year old pickup trucks at a fair price? A dealer who sells vehicles with odometers not altered, who doesn't change out new parts and replaces them with old parts, doesn't sell vehicles submerged in water which enters the cabin, no significant accidents or bent frames. Sells vehicles for the advertised price, or less, without having to take their financing.
ThaIrish Sean
I wouldn't bother trying to get a 2-year-old truck as the price will be almost the same as a new one. try to get yourself a new vehicle and look after it because whoever owned the second-hand one probably did not.....
josephbloggs
Don't go to a second hand car tent. Buy from the manufacturer, most of them sell certified used cars now, fully inspected and checked, with warranty etc. Here are second hand Nissan trucks for example:https://nic-usedcars.nissan.co.th/en/vehicles/nissan/navara?manufacturer=42&model=962&search=commercial&radius=5000&referrer=home Here's the certification program:https://nic-usedcars.nissan.co.th/en/benefits/what-is-nissan-intelligent-choice?referrerText=Certified+Used+cars&referrer=navi You can Google for other manufacturers. Too late to edit that post, but just to add I've only bought one second hand car here - my very first car here back in 1996 - and I bought it from a tent and vowed never again to buy used (and I haven't) as I had so much trouble with it. However back then no manufacturers sold officially certified used cars so you had no choice. So although I have never bought a used car from any of these certified programs I do believe they can be trusted. After all they are thoroughly inspected, have strict criteria for acceptance in the first place, and you do get a warranty.
