They sent me pdfs of my proof of insurance, and put me in the system.  Should I wait for originals?  Would hate to have to redo bank stuff, too.  I have until early January to leave or get an extension. 

They will accept the emailed copies. Print them in color. Immigration will check the insurance site database to confirm you have it and the date it starts when you apply for the extension of stay.

Thanks, Joe.. Last year they wanted originals, but it was relatively new.  I also was sent to the copy machine to copy the entire policy.  LMG would not guarantee the pdf would work.. I told them what I thought about that. 

The certificate is not enough... Already told LMG I would never, ever do business with them again.
