What to do if you loose your job ? Switch Business Visa to another type of visa ?

Hi everyone ,

 

Good evening ,

 

I would like to know what to do when you are loosing the job while holding a business visa and a work permit in Thailand .

I was told to switch to a volunteer visa type O or to a education visa.

Any good recommendation by taking into account the current situation ?

The reason I asked is that with current world situation I'm thinking that ongoing 60 day "covid extensions" will continue.

If you can afford it there are of course agent options. Not cheap but zero issues.
