Just did a test with one of my 6,000mAh cells which tested as almost exactly 6,000mAh at a 1A draw, when tested at 20A (the highest my tester will do) it tested again at pretty close to 6,000mAh. Cell was quite warm (no surprise) but otherwise happy.

 

Discharge rate, at least when sensible, has little effect upon available capacity. As to whether the life of the cell is reduced ...

Not that hard, assume you'll get half the rated panel power for 6hrs/day and you won't be far wrong.

330w panel x6 divide by 2 = 1000watts or 1 unit/day.
