I made a similar thread earlier and was told that Visas are differently obtained from country to country

Well (most) people on this forum are either from the UK or USA, So just those two would be helpful to 90% of members here

I assume you mean a pinned topic that are normally a waste of space on the forum since nobody pays attention to them. Just look at how many topics there are on the forum about online 90 day reporting that there is a pinned topic for.

 If I pinned everything that people wanted to be pinned the first new post would be on the 2nd page of the forum.
