I am just in the process of purchasing a condo in Pattaya. I'm currently renting and been here for over 4 years on an OA Visa.

So just wondering what information I need to supply to Chonburi immigration, how it relates to my 90 day report  and technically when?  Hope that makes sense.

Please if you want to pass comments on the value of purchasing a condo in Pattaya do it somewhere else.

Cheers

Go to Immigration and do a TM28, ask them for a form, take your blue book. They don't seem strict on 24 hours, so when you get your book go there. 90 days carry on as normal.

I also changed banks, motorbike and just renewed licences

When you move in at your condo you have to submit a TM30.

No effect on your 90 day report, besides of using your new address after you moved in.

TM28 has been scrapped for people who entered Thailand legally.
