10 Day Extension To 60 Day Visa

Hi all. I spent a month in Bangkok followed by a month in Pattaya and am now back in Bangkok. I extended my 60 day visa by 30 days at the Pattaya immigration office. I want to leave Thailand a little later than the 60 days because a friend is flying in from the States and I want to spend a few days with him before I leave to go back to London. I heard there is an additional 10 day extension possible for 1900 BHT. Anybody have any experience of this? Advice gratefully appreciated.

The max extension would be 7 days. If you need more than that you should plan a border run to obtain a 30 day entry (assuming you have not used your 90 days quota) and be sure to have your airline ticket in case it is requested.

This is also true for extensions on Non Imm visas.

You used to get 30 day without question, it is no only 7 day.
