Was sitting outside our Immigration Office at 08:00 am awaiting opening chatting to a German National. We see the staff arriving in all sorts of newish cars and SUV's when about 08:20 a big black Mercedes parks in the compound. The German just says "he is only the 2nd in command". TW digs me in the ribs and tells us to "shut up"! SAYS IT ALL. Don't have enough common sense to hide the corruption.
