Hello all. Please could you help us.

My Thai wife wants to go back home.

Please does anyone know the most up to date procedure. I looked on Thai airways and Eva air and couldn't see any flights available.

1 .Would she need a covid test before entry?

2 .Would she need a fit to fly note from doctor or clinic?

3. COE form?

4. Quarantine private hotel or state?

Thanks so much if you can help

Tony.

I am sure many will tell you about their experience and what the needed.

But your first step would be to call your local Thai consulate, they are very helpful, especially to a fellow Thai, and they will give you a list of what she needs or direct you where to get it. and her options for  a plane ticket.

Contact the Thai Embassy in London: [email protected]

Use the Thai Embassy London website https://london.thaiembassy.org/en/index for the most up to date information.

Some airlines are flying: Emirates / Qatar / KLM / Thai Airways (repatriation flights).

1 .Would she need a covid test before entry? (Not required for Thai Nationals)

2 .Would she need a fit to fly note from doctor or clinic? (Yes - available with online doctors)

3. COE form? (contact the embassy - CoE is a requirement for all, I think)

4. Quarantine private hotel or state?  (personal choice - I suspect the ASQ option will be quicker)

- IF paying for herself, ASQ (Alternate State Quarantine), can travel on any available flight (i.e. Emirates / Qatar etc)

- IF wishing to go into State Quarantine on arrival, travel must be on an assigned Thai Airways repatriation flight.

Info on ThaiAirways webpage:
