Rosdee

Featured Replies

Hello,  I don't know where to put  this topic, so I put it here

we know that "ma ma " noodles are not healty, but what about "rosdee " ?  oil, salt etc ,  what to think about it ?  I like it, but  I must pay attention to palm oil and salt

btw, I notice again a phonetic mistake : yes, it 's written rosdee in thai, but it's pronounced "rot dee ", so it should be" rot dee " (   good taste )

Why not make your own...boiling some water for noodles is about as easy as it gets...then you can add as much or as little sodium and oil as you like

In general, you're going to find any prepackaged noodle/soup dry mix...loaded with sugar, salt, MSG.....not healthy at all
