90 days reporting is over, what should I do (I'm new to this)

Hi,

 

As the title, I am new to this kind of 90 days report. I came here in Feb 2020 with Non-B visa, then stayed during amnesty and do covid extension 3 times. On Sept 2020, when I came to Immigration, they attached the notice of 90 days report, but I didn't care (my bad).

 

Today, when I came to do covid extension again, the officer told me I must do the 90 days report. The notice says my deadline is 14 Dec 2020, that mean I've been late for a month. So, what should I do now? What should I prepare for beside the required documents. And if I do the report, is there any consequence? Will there be a fine and how much can it be?

You will be fined 2000 baht for doing you 90 day report late. There are not other penalties other than that.

I made a mistake with my 90 day report after living here over 20 years---- They let me off, but of course every office is different. there is a fine, Ubon Joe will probably explain all the ins and out to you. But I would advise you fix , sooner than latter.
