rooster59 Posted January 16, 2021 Share Posted January 16, 2021 Hua Hin: Provincial governor confirms opening of traditional massage, spas, beauty salons, pre-schools As first reported by Thaivisa on Wednesday, a letter signed by Pachuap Khiri Khan governor Phallop Singhaseni now confirms the re-opening of certain establishments in the province. The page of local journalist Kulsawek Sawekwannakorn reported that Thai fitness centers, traditional massage shops, spas, and beauty parlors could open with facials not allowed. Pre-schools could also open.
