Why is it I am receiving notifications about a topic that I made but not yet received the  general Thaivisa post ? is the post not sent out to all at the same rime ?

If by post you mean newsletter, that is a manual activation and notifications are automated in the software.

 

However, there are several technical issues at the moment, we are aware of them and its a "work in progress" we are all in the same boat.
