He said Sophy was rescued by Cambodian General Consul officials in cooperation with Chinese police on December 2 last year.  She was repatriated and arrived in Cambodia on Friday. He added that the victim is still undergoing 14 days of quarantine at the quarantine centre before she can return to her family.
