All fair points. Personally, I admire him more for his focus and discipline at his age than for his aesthetic. It's so much easier to just sit on the couch and do nothing than to get up every morning and maintain the same consistency. And if he were 25 years younger with the same level of physicality and a little less vascularity, you might find him more visually appealing. Anyway, I have no idea what drugs he’s on, nor do I think it’s particularly important. For me, it’s more about the outcome than the means. And if he’s happy with how he looks, then that’s ultimately what matters. As for the health side of things, I don’t think it’s possible to draw many conclusions simply because he’s extremely lean and vascular. His blood pressure and hormone levels could all be perfectly normal, and considering he lost around 20 kg of body fat, he’s probably in much better health now than he was two years ago when he looked like a bulky, overweight guy. So I wouldn’t place too much emphasis on judging his health based solely on his appearance. Plenty of people look healthy but aren’t, and vice versa. The main point is his hard work and discipline. His ability to commit to a routine, set a goal, and achieve it deserves credit. As for his overall look, yes, plenty of people probably like that aesthetic, while many others don’t. It ultimately comes down to personal preference. What I can say is that he appears to have a good level of functional strength and still maintains excellent mobility. Those are qualities that all of us should aspire to at any age, regardless of appearance.
