Specially when nobody was injured and there was not even damage to property. Probably just some lowlife scumbag who got luck and overnight got a certain amount of money which led him to believe he was rich and lose his head on mind, guns, sex, etc.... Guess by now he either spent all his money and he can’t fix the situation, or he never had that much money to begin with.
