Related to education degree. Is a PGCert good enough to apply for teacher license?

Hi guys, sorry I'm very new to Thailand. 

I was studying a masters but had to drop out for personal reasons. I was awarded a PGCert in Education. (Not to be confused with a PGCE). it is still a level7 with 60 credits. I was wonderign ahs any applied for a teacher license with a PGCert?

You can still get a provisiona licence, provided you have a bachelor degree. That is renewed every 2 years, up to 6 years. I'm not sure if your PGCert will get the licence. Normally you woudl need a PGCE, BEd, etc - whatever qualifies you to work in a school in a Western country.
