The fugitive tycoon, who allegedly operated a major illegal gambling den, thought to be the source of a large cluster of COVID-19 infections in Thailand’s Rayong province, was arrested by police Thursday morning in Muang district of the province.

Armed with a court issued search warrant and led by Pol Lt-Gen Roy Inkhapairote, assistant national police chief, police searched a large house, surrounded by high walls, in Soi Ratsamakhi in Noen Phra sub-district.

Somchai Chutikidecha, alias Longchu Somchai, was found in the house. He is suspected of involvement in the running of several illegal gambling dens in eastern provinces.

I hear that there are 10 local officials wrapped up as well....don't these idiots pay attention or does greed and corruption blind them, much like the Hi-So's thinking they are above everyone else.

It's only the balance of their bank account that makes them 'Hi-So'. 'Face' is proportional to the amount of money you have.

Kids arguing at school will say, "My dad's bigger than your dad."

Hi-So to$$ers haven't matured emotionally and are basically saying, "My bank account's bigger than your bank account."

If you want to "hang em high" you need evidence

I don't think the RTP is suicidal much. Everyone knows who was running the casinos in Pattaya and BKK.
