Hello! I have searched many realtors sites for a nice 2 to 4 bedroom, furnished or partially furnished modern house to rent near Promenada Mall and Chiang Mai Bangkok Hospital.. 20-30k budget. Western kitchen with built in oven and microwave, double sink, kitchen island etc. Large walk in shower. For the right house and price I am willing to sign a 2 year lease.

 

   I know word of mouth is better. I'd prefer eliminating the middle man.(Realtor).

 

  Any suggestions would be appreciated... Thank you! ????

Drive around the area you like on a scooter (with a Thai speaker), looking for signs on gates.

It's always the best way to find property rental in Thailand.

 

Western kitchen is probably not gonna happen.

Facebook has a market place where there is listed Places for Rent. You can try that.

I am constantly scanning FB Market Place, Perfect Homes, Thailand Properties, DD properties, 66 properties and more...

 I was also told I can check at guard shacks at moo bans for postings and also give them an ID and go on sign hunting drives...
